CHRISTOPHER MThe check in on the app was supposed to be easy and it was not. I did everything, added my license pics, confirmed all info and it never gave the code to open the lock box for the truck key. The license plate did not match the only truck that was there but the picture I submitted said it was the right truck. 🤷🏻♀️ I received multiple texts AFTER picking up the truck saying my truck was ready for pick up. Last text arrived minutes before I dropped off the truck. Freddie was easy to work with and friendly when reserving by phone. I would use the location again but probably not use the online check in.

VERONICA MStaff at the location were polite and friendly. My difficulty was with the digital app. I wasn't sure what time the office opened, so I opted to pick up the truck digitally - my phone happily took photos of my face and the front of my driver's license, but it completely refused to scan the back of my license. Phone customer service and online chat were both useless. It took me about 45 minutes to pick up the truck once I went into the office and did it in person.
