LUIS GDropped off however I did not hear from U-haul and have credit for early drop off
MICHELLE PHave more than one employee at the gas station. Have them trained so a person doesn't have to sign up online when they're trying to sign up at the location, and more. Thank goodness for the women at customer service. Honestly, i will never rent from uhaul again.
