MARISSA SHad no help connecting the trailer. It was very heavy and I hurt my back lifting it off the ground. The employee did not walk around the trailer with me and let me drive away without a light harness so I had no trailer lights. I had to go to another U-Haul location to get help and connect the lights. Overall poor experience with this location.
SEBASTIAN RWhen I returned the rental, the employee never came out to inspect the equipment. I parked it next to the establishment, in the same place where I had previously returned it. About 30 minutes later, I received a call from the employee saying I would be charged for an extra day—almost $73—because I didn’t park it in the designated spot. I explained that I was trying to return it properly, but no one came out to provide any instructions, and there were no signs indicating where it should be parked. I believe this is unfair and unprofessional. I would appreciate receiving a call from the U-Haul team regarding this matter.
