I have been to this location several times. My service was poor every time but it's right by my house. I will not come here again. This time the milage and gas gauge did not match my contract so I took a picture on my phone as proof (which has a time stamp). The guy checking me in upon return said "I signed a contract, so it was too late and that they have been having problems with photos so I can not use it as proof if the actual ammount of gas in the vehicle when you left the property." ( I assume because photos document that you guys are eaither incompetent or flat out crooks.) Also, you have to sign before you see the actuall milage or gas gauge. That by itself is shady. I can not express how infuriating my experience was. After I gave up the argument about the gas gauge the guy checking me in noticed the discrepancy in the milage and asked to see my photo again. He refused to acknowledge my concern about why he would not accept my photo documenting the gas gauge but wanted to see the same photo for the milage. As I tried to explain this he kept interrupting and threatening that he could just charge me the wrong amount for both the gas and the milage. He was being aggressive, hostile and stated point blank that he would charge me incorrectly if I contiued to express my concerns. I continued to try to explain and he eventually went into the back office. I overheard his conversation and you guys were in fact wrong. The documentation I had been given to sign belonged to a different truck. He came back out and acted like he was gonna do me a big favor by actually charging me the correct ammount. Wow!, thanks for not flagrantly stealing from me.

The truck I rented was damaged inside the container, at the upper corner. There was no check sheet to look for damage when I picked up the truck. I was only advised by the clerk, to verify the gas tank and mileage upon pick-up. I didn't open the roll up door until I arrived at my destination to load truck and that's when I saw the damage. I returned the truck on schedule and the next day received a call from the clerk asking what I did to cause the damage. I DID NOTHING TO CAUSE ANY DAMAGE! I resent being treated like I did something wrong, when in reality whoever the person is that checked the vehicle in before me / inspected it after the last renter returned it, was the person who apparently did something wrong and failed to identify damage then. I also have no idea why my credit card was charged twice: once for two partial payments adding up to the grand total ... and another time for the grand total.

I was meet by one employee and a second employee returned with a bill for approximately $57. I questioned the bill and was informed that "this was the amount and the previous amount charged had been cancelled." I stepped outside and checked my bank account and found both charges. This caused a chain of events that left extremely displeased with the drop off location personal. I did speak with the manager Thomas Dew, who said he correct the charge.

I made a reservation to go Albuquerque,NM to Scottsdale, AZ. I went to the closest location to my home. No one explained that I would not be able to pick up the trailer at that location until I showed up there that morning. I had the same problem when I when to pick up,the trailer to go home from Scottsdale. I had to drive all the way to North Phoenix to pick up the trailer, even though there are two u-haul locations in Scottsdale. I would suggest when a customer makes a reservation that you do a better job of explaining the process.

Because this location seems quite busy from Friday through Sunday perhaps adding an extra man on those days would be helpful. Expecting one man to work both the counter for rentals and outside for equipment return causes customers to wait needlessly. Except for the wait time, this location usually has available equipment and professional employees.

Horrible customer service at the 32nd Street store very immature very unprofessional refused to do a walk around the truck before they handed me the keys they told me everything's fine. Over charged me on the gas. I was given a truck with three-quarters of a tank when I returned it they charge me to fill it completely. I told them I took a picture of the gas and they refuse to look at it and still charged me to fill up the tank. The back door to the truck got stuck open and I couldn't get it closed they didn't care they told me after the fact oh yeah that happens sometimes. No apology nothing. Just yep that happens. Never again!!!

I was a little surprised that after only driving 36 miles and putting 5 gallons of gas in the truck, I was charged an additional $12.00 for fuel, but I guess the mileage on these vehicles is pretty sad.

Let your customers know before hand that your trailers are only equipped with flat 4 pin connectors not 7 pin round, and that they will need to provide an adapter, as you do not unless it is purchased thru you.

I was required to run my debit card as a credit card, which I didn't want to do. Then, because it IS a debit card and not a credit card, your "hold" was actually billed against my checking account before I used the vehicle. Later a second amount was billed as the 'adjusted amount'. Your staff is unfamiliar with this procedure, and is giving incorrect information to customers regarding it. Other than that, the experience was a little expensive but otherwise good. As stated, I would recommend your company and this location to a friend, with those caveats.

Notify you when your pick up location changes before hand, and not when you drive to the location. Awful experience with the whole reservation before hand and even the conformation process. Would not recommend.
