The lady was not very pleasant or helpful.
ANGELA TYou really need to work on your 24/7 before or after hours pick up drop off the pickup through the U-Haul website was not very user friendly at all very difficult to navigate asking me for barcodes that he didn't even tell me where they were or they on the building or they on the car the website didn't say anything about that and when I signed up for the website there's information that it wanted but you had to wait till you got to the truck to give it to them but it didn't tell you that so you have to call in to find that out needs a lot of work streamlining that website
