Pick up was a horrible experience. No one was there to help. To hook up the trailer you had to backup over a parking barrier and then run over that barrier again with the trailer. The pick up location looks like a crack house and in a bad neighborhood.
Michael JThe place appeared to be ran by one individual who was not present during published business hours, and was notably upset when he answered the posted phone number. Didn't seem to understand that the return date on a rental is the latest return date, and not the only return date. Overall poor experience.

Hickley AThe location was a very tight squeeze with parking curbs making it difficult to get the trailer. I also was told the price was going to be $134 and they charged me $170. Won't be using this company again.
