Location was hard to find and was not inviting. The office was dark and felt cold. Receptionist was sorting through other documents while speaking to me and making zero eye contact. The first vehicle, which I specially reserved had low tire pressure on pick up and receptionist attempted to dismiss this as an issue ( blaming it on the hot weather versus just trying to fix the problem). The AC in that vehicle also never cooled completely over several minutes in idle. I had to almost cancel reservation before being offered a second vehicle.
