Don’t charge customer for gas when unit is returned at the same level picked up or even more .
ROBERTO CWe rented three times from this place so far (its the closest to us) The guy that runs this place just seems miserable all the time, he's got a poor attitude, is just horrible at customer service. The trucks we're renting are not in the best condition, they've got rust, they're a little beat up and weathered... and that's fine, they do run fine, uHaul in general is fine, been renting from them for decades, but then this guy's got the nerve to nickel and dime us every time we rent the truck one time for a cleaning fee, one time for 2 gallons of gas, and we did put gas in it and we do clean the truck every time we we return it. For a location that looks rundown the irony is hilarious. Let's see if this feedback helps because he is close to us and we will rent from there again.

DOUGLAS TThis place didn't put in the blankets and dolly that I reserved. The truck was great though. I have to say, the actual U-Haul location around the corner on 2nd was the best though. They fixed what Price Rite wasn't able to deliver on.
