DOUGLAS TThis place didn't put in the blankets and dolly that I reserved. The truck was great though. I have to say, the actual U-Haul location around the corner on 2nd was the best though. They fixed what Price Rite wasn't able to deliver on.
Thomas PBeware: This location is a SCAM. Dropped of the vehicle with no damage and submitted pictures through the Uhaul during the return process. Next day, the dealer claimed there was damage to the fender and side of the bed. Simply stated in an emailed receipt and charged my credit card $437. They didn't take any pictures with a date stamp like I had to do. Disputed with U-Haul and a week later they claimed that the rear bumper was obscured by the tailgate in the picture, which was down per their instructions, but the alleged damage wasn't to the bumper at all. They told me I need to drive an hour each way back to the dealer location and inspect the vehicle which has been rented multiple times since I dropped it off. Apparently, even if you follow all the procedures and take pictures they are worthless and will not protect you from fraudulent charges
