Employees were not ready for the pick up. The car transport was covered in snow from days. Waited for 1h30 for the pick up and had to leave the car transport behind because it was taken to long to be cleaned and pick a new one in another location

I was charged for 2 days when i was only a few hours over 24....i thought it was day rate not hour rate.....not happy about that at all...
GERALD GMy reservation was to collect truck in Winnipeg but the location was changed to Pilot mound a location that was 2 hours away from Winnipeg This change left me no choice but increased my moving costs. So next time avoid changing pick up points
