The trucks don't get checked Our truck had safety concern Customer service at uhaul management also not great Was dealing with Adam Boughton from management and he had no understanding whatsoever Not a good customer service I got
Maik NWhen I booked the trailer I said i would pick it up on July 30th and return it Monday Aug 5th. I was quoted $280 and told I would get a discount because I had to drive 4 hours to get it. I returned it Aug 4th in the evening, the day before the 5th and I was charged an extra day. You say your calls are recorded, check the recording for when i booked it. I have no idea why i was charged for an extra day when I returned it before the day i booked. I called today to ask why, no joy. $30 isn’t a big deal, i would like to know the reason. Thanks.
