Brad C.Attendant should be more knowledgeable about the Uhaul trucks. Brochure on uhaul would have been appreciated. Vehicle dropped off in Penticton with almost 1/2 tank of gas extra. Credit for the excess would be appreciated.

I also received several annoying messages about “ … We have you set to pick up a truck under reservation (…) We can pay you $700.00 if you tow a loaded trailer from WINNIPEG MB R2C3B2 to MILTON ON L9T5C4. 9 out of 10 customers say it's easier than expected and would do it again!
