Returning at night was not very good. The place is not well lit up. It’s so dark We passed it and had to turn around in the next biggest drive and almost passed it again. It’s past the small town and there’s no lights whatsoever to help illuminate the property, no U-Haul sign lit up.

Nobody answered three different phone numbers. I waited outside the gate for 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get a code to get in the gate. Once we got in the gate, we were not able to figure out how to get the truck keys. This is a do it yourself location with no support from the owners. We had to call the U-Haul one 800 number and get transferred three times before finally getting somebody to help us figure out how to serve ourselves.
