The equipment, online assistants, and local personnel were very good. My problem was with the u-haul app which would not function until online assistants added information to get it to launch. The app also had links that directed me to pages saying "This page does not exist" on multiple occasions. Your biggest issue is finding competent IT help

MICHAEL KIt was extremely frustrating that the gate code was not provided when returning the vehicle. That is why my photo of the parked truck was not accurate. If I ever rent a truck again, I will certainly copy the code when provided during check-in. None of the 800 numbers provided was helpful. I sat at the gate for about 40 minutes until someone was leaving their storage unit so I could park the truck. Likely, I would still be on hold with one of the 800#s or on the 'live chat' waiting for help.

Rejeanne VReturning at night was not very good. The place is not well lit up. It’s so dark We passed it and had to turn around in the next biggest drive and almost passed it again. It’s past the small town and there’s no lights whatsoever to help illuminate the property, no U-Haul sign lit up.
