Owner decided to force me to come into the store instead of allowing me to do the mobile pick up o signed up for. He took the keys out of the lock box and brought them inside so I had to go in and wait for him to help other customers before I could get the truck. I was delayed getting started and of course I'm still expected to return it on time. His excuse was that he claimed that I signed up for inside pick up and then he also said something about the equipment not being returned on time by others. First of all, I rented 2 weeks prior and picked up inside and it took longer than I wanted which is why I did mobile pick up the second time. Also, I returned the equipment a full 14 hours earlier than I had to the first time and didn't cause any issues for the owner. If he can't trust his customers to do mobile pickup and drop off then he shouldn't offer it. He also has lost a future repeat customer because of his own issues. I will rent from a different location next time just because of his actions.

The lock did not work for the lock box but after talking to a chained service rep on the phone, the same type lock was in the back of the truck and the key was there. Added maybe 20 minutes of waiting and frustration because the instructions said to use the key kiosk. My only advice would be to improve that -
