When I got there to get my U-Haul, no one was at the office.. thankfully, one of the reps had called me that morning to verify my pick up time so I called that number back and he helped me to do everything over the phone. There was no keys in the U-Haul so he sent someone over to get me the keys.. and this was all during normal business hours… if it wasn’t for him, I would’ve had to find somewhere else to get a U-Haul and that would’ve made my day worse as I was already on a time schedule to get my things moved. My overall experience was not what I expected but thanks to him; he made it better. I wish I could have gotten his name.
