I reserved a 10' uhaul truck, furniture blankets, and a dolly 2 weeks in advance of my anticipated move date at a location close to my house. My first complaint is that I got a text the day before informing me that the pickup location was moved to a place that was 30 minutes away. I physically drove to the requested pickup location to inquire and was told there was nothing they could do. This is apparently handled by another entity and occurred most likely because a customer did not return the truck in a timely manner. While I was at the desired pickup location I was able to pick up furniture blankets (but was told on the phone I could not do this). I'm so glad I did because the updated pickup location did not have blankets or the dolley (only the truck). We were given a few drop off locations & that was another bad experience. The drop off location was in a bad part of town & was not a uhaul location but a drop box with an app. There was no parking or signage on the outside of the building. We had to park in an adjacent business and was told we could not park there. Finally, a parking spot opened up and we were able to return the truck. I would not recommend uhaul (especially in July as this is their busy season). The company needs better organization that starts on the reservation side. The truck rental was not cheap (cost about $500 for a 10' truck-one way trip). For this amount of money I would expect more.

The attendant at this location was so very helpful and patience. She was on her way home leaving early because she didn’t feel well. She had just locked the door. But she took her time and reopen to help us. She was such a blessing to us. Thank you for your help!
