PIOTR SAt the end of the day the rental worked out well. The truck was so so for cleanliness and seemed to work well. My bill was incorrect and there appear to be issues with what the app says and the web site. Uhaul fixed the rate issues. Thank you. The app is still being fixed. It can be very stressful renting from Uhaul as uhaul does not appear to confirm that you will actually rent the vehicle requested at the time and location requested which is a little bizarre. When uhaul changes the location this impacts the mileage charge which is an issue if the mileage is greater as often mileage is the largest expense.
