I have great service from the location staff. However when I got a truck it was dirty inside (like having mix of sand, mud and dry concrete). I assume it was used to move building materials and was not cleaned after that. I noticed it only later and decided do not return to the location, however when I returned truck - I received a receipt with cleaning fee. I returned the truck in the same condition as I received so I do not agree with that fee (I used it to move boxes and furniture). Unfortunately, no one responded to my email, I sent for the mentioned issue.

I wasn’t aware of the cleaning fee.
GLEN SMy initial reservation was for a cube van with a furniture trolley. Both were showing as available and I had booked days in advance of when I needed them. The day before I was to pickup my reservation I was called by UHaul and told the cube van wasn't available and was forced to upgrade to a 10' Truck. Why did I say forced? Because if I said no the entire move would have had to been cancelled. When I showed up for my reservation I was than informaed the furniture trolley wasn't available either but I could use an appliance trolley cause, "they're basically the same" NO, one has 4 wheels you place furniture on and push along the other has 2 wheels and you have to leverage whatever you're carrying. Also, picking up can take longer than usual because it's just the store attendant doing the pickup and if it gets busy with store customers you're asked to step aside so they can handle the other people.
BRIAN RI booked for 2 hours starting at 8pm . But when I came to pick up the cashier told me that they were closing at 9pm, so I only had 1 hour. And then he told me I was not allowed to park my car at the front of the gas station and I had to move it. I had to haul ass to get the truck back by 9pm. It was extremely stressful. Also the U-Haul app does not work well on my iPhone and kept crashing/closing during the check in process.
Harry DThey didn’t give us the flat dolly and still charged me 20$ even though we mentioned it at pick up and drop off, was not happy. Also the guy at drop off did not do the check in even though there was no customers, not very friendly.
