Charged $60.00 for 13KM of use less then an hour plus $10.00 in gas apparently not enough for 13KM use .. Need to take pictures of gas meter , not even worth disputing the $60.00 over charge, will never use budget rental every again!

KIRSTEN MThe establishment and employee working at the place of pick was great. However, Uhaul its self was disappointing. I booked a 26 foot cube van June 10th for a picking up August 22nd and having the unit for 24 hours. was suppose to be 5pm to 5pm. When I get there to pick up, told it has to be back by 9am or i cant take it. that didn't work so had to take a smaller cube van which meant more trips for us to move.
JUSTIN POn site staff were very helpful.
