The storefront is very inconspicuous. The drop off location behind the store is something the counter person has to direct you to, not easy for truck return. Thankfully, my husband is a tractor trailer driver, so it was doable.

The AC was not working and so I was not able to move my stuff. Horrible experience with u haul.
Tushaar SVery friendly and helpful rental staff. The truck was mechanically in good shape, just poorly maintained trim and cab. Worth what I paid for it.
John EIt was easy to find but it instructed us to park in the parking lot for this location of which is not easy to locate in the dark. We parked on the street directly in front of the site where the drop box is located which is well lit.
