They had charged me for safe move when I specifically said I didn’t want it. Went back to the store to tell him to take it off. They gave me another Store‘s number saying they are not real U-Haul and can’t help me. When I called the other store, they said they couldn’t help me Because it wasn’t from that location. I’m getting the runaround and he’s not very professional and kept saying he’s not a real U-Haul and not able to do much.
