Nothing to be improved. Everything was perfect and beyond expectation. Both guys that I dealt with in the office were highly professional and kind. Everything was ready and waiting for me, and van and equipment were in perfect condition.

BRET RThey had charged me for safe move when I specifically said I didn’t want it. Went back to the store to tell him to take it off. They gave me another Store‘s number saying they are not real U-Haul and can’t help me. When I called the other store, they said they couldn’t help me Because it wasn’t from that location. I’m getting the runaround and he’s not very professional and kept saying he’s not a real U-Haul and not able to do much.
