Customer service was friendly and great
KEITH OI was turned off because for the first time I was required, as a conditioned to renting the equipment, to take a picture of myself and my license and download it to the internet. I’ll never rent from U-Haul again. I’m going to buy my own equipment. I’m going to badmouth U-Haul from now on to everyone who will listen.
RAFAEL FThe location in Placerville is a bit out of the way, but the situation in Pollock Pines was way worse. PP was where I had my original reservation, but due to the fact that no one cleared the snow nor took a branch off the 15' truck I reserved, I had to go all the way to Placerville. Whoever owns this operation is giving U-Haul a very bad name.
