The location has bad cell service, makes it hard to pick up the truck. The truck I rented must have had a dead animal previously in the back because it smelled rancid. The cab didn’t smell too much better. But it got the job done.
mason lThe U-haul app does not work for me, although I tried many times. It is possible that my phone settings did not allow location access, but I'm not sure. I checked out my rental via Chrome internet connection. I have rented by this method twice. Each time requires about 30 to 45 minutes to complete the check out and about 30 minutes to return. The preliminary U-haul confirmation by email or text used to require photos of my driver license and personal image, but this time it did not nor did the instructions say that it would be required at checkout. It would help to review all checkout procedures and provide more detail, especially for newbies. These are not deal breakers by any means because the folks at Vintage Transport are quite friendly and enormously helpful!

FOUED BYou've got to be kidding me. I have never spent so much time trying to find a truck to that. I'm supposed to rent because your buys did not have the keys to it. They were in the wrong boxes. You only have 2 pots is registered with you haul, you have 5 boxes up there, none, which had the key to my truck, I found the key in the second box and I went to find out, if it was the same size truck and just transfer it, but it wasn't, it was a 10 footer, I needed a 15 footer. Now, I'm trying to get back and get things done. I've wasted an hour and a 1/2 of my time, I don't know if this truck is going to work or not because we have a stand up freezer. And I don't even know if we had to take two trips instead of one , because that's gonna affect my gas expenditure and so you all have to get you haul under control how hard is it to put a key in the right box for the right truck, and you know, I asked for one with a Dolly and I don't now have a Dolly which unfortunately, I'm in not be able to use this truck at all, but right now, I am at a stick. End, because I have to be out of there tonight and if I'm not, I have to come back tomorrow and pay for an extra day which God knows how much that's gonna cost you.!!!!!
