Great location, friendly service!
Alexis HI was able to call and request a trailer with a ramp, which was really helpful. I also discovered the rental price was good for 24 hours, not just the hours I selected, which was also helpful.
CAROLINE AEverything about the truck was great, except the wipers. This seems like a simple oversight, but really could cause bad things to happen during the bad weather. Other than the wipers the experience couldn't have been better. The service was excellent as usual. Thank you U haul and thank you, Scott.
Daniel CI walked in the door; two people looked to be bothered by me coming in the door. A lady told me to find an empty spot in the lot and leave the trailer there. I asked her for a receipt and said she would have one emailed to me. Neither person ever got out of there chair at any time during the process.
