I'm very happy with this location, however I made a reservation at another nearby location that was closed and they never told us we wouldn't be able to pick up.
JAMES SThe location is fine, with excellent personal service, but the equipment was a big disappointment. I had a 16-ft piece of aluminum trim to move from store to home. My load might have weighed a pound. The 15-ft box truck I got, however, with 134k+ miles on it felt very heavily used (loose steering linkages; noisy transmission that was slow to shift; and really bad fuel economy, taking 4.48 gallons of gas to go 30 files on country roads [50-ish mph] with virtually no load). The "license recovery" and "environmental" fees should have been disclosed online at the time of reservation. And why did I have to pay a "MI License Recovery Fee" when the truck had an AZ plate? The U-Haul corporation was very poorly represented by the equipment. Maybe it's time to short your stock.
