Every staff member I interacted with was fantastic and helped me as much as they could. Hiring and training staff seems to be the only thing Uhaul does well. I booked my experience online and every single thing about it was awful. The website is garbage, the rental process is a joke, and ensuring I got what I needed was non-existent. the website promised me everything and then the staff of the THREE locations and a call center had to do everything they could to fix the problems your website caused. Turns out they couldn't because Uhaul corporate is a tire fire. They tired and they tried hard. You just let your staff fail in a broken system run by people who have no idea how online interactions should work in the year 2020. I've literally never dealt with a company that has such amazing staff and managers and such awful customer experiences and corporate operations. Seriously get your shit together Uhaul. Your staff don't deserve to deal with your incompetent messes. The only way I will ever use Uhaul again is if I have to and I can talk in person with a staff member the whole time because the customer facing staff is the only competent thing about your miserable company.
I've rented from this location several times. Everyone has been super helpful. I feel like they genuinely want me to have a good experience. I'll continue to go this spot for any needs Ihave.

The clerks attitude was rude. He seemed as if he was irritated that he had to help us. I understand you have 3 people waiting in line at 7am, but we don't particularly want to be there. We have things we need to do too, but we need help doing it. We don't want to pay money for a â€œliftâ€ or a move. But we need help, so show us a smile, and be helpful. Advice: Finish with the customer you have before proceeding to the next. We were late for an appointment because the clerk said he had to go help the next customer before helping us load our vehicle onto our dolly. I was super disappointed. We were at uhaul at 6:50am and did not leave until 7:40ish.
I will use and recommend for storage as well as moving. It is close and fully equip as far as I van see.

This survey refers to the physical condition of the facility and the truck we rented, which was fine. But the online pickup was terrible and the appliance dolly, which we ordered, was not with the truck at pickup. Not sure I will do online/after hours pick up again.
The man that helped us was great. Very friendly and great customer service. This was the first time I have ever used U=Jaul and he was very informative. I will recom6this place to my friends.
You should at lease have the trucks front end alignment done every so many miles. This would make most of the rides better. The attendant was very professional Five Stars*****.
The process is very flawed. Online reservations encourage you to save time by checking in online. I did. But it certainly didn't save me any time. When I got to the place, there were three people ahead of me (Saturday morning at 8) and the man went through the same process with all of them. I thought that if checked in online I could pick up the keys, sign some papers and be on my way. Not so. 40 minutes later I had the truck. It was a painful wait because I had paid by the hour movers coming. When I got up to the counter he had to get my license because the backside wasn't recorded. The online checkin had me scan my license front (optional). I didn't do the backside since it was also optional. Again, not so. He had to have the backside too. The rental itself was fine. Sure, the ABS light came on a mile down the road but it didn't seem to affect anything. 1. Have an express line open for those who have taken the time to check in. 2. Have more than one line and more than one person working during the heavier traffic times, such as Saturdays. 3. Also, the question "How would you rate this location overall?" has multiple meanings. Do you mean the physical location or the service at the location? Very different questions.
