Just to let you know, that's the roughest riding dadgum truck. I've ever been to also, the restrooms, back by the storage unit, I least could have a little bit of cleanliness.
RICHARD W | First ImpressionsCustomer service was fine. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The toilet looked like a Port-a-Potty. There was no toilet paper, it looked like it hadn't been flushed or cleaned in several weeks. I took a picture to show my family because it was so awful. I would be happy to send it if you would like. There was also a lot of trash where the elevators are where I had my unit. I have another storage unit at a different Uhaul location that is always clean and well-kept. The bathroom always has toilet paper, the toilet is clean and has clear water. The water in the toilet at this location was almost mud-like. For these reasons, I would absolutely not recommend this location to a friend. The manager was friendly and helpful when I went in to close my unit down, but I based my rating off of the facility overall.

Kijana T | Overall ExperienceDO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM THIS PROPERTY! Or if you do, DO NOT PUT CARD ON FILE FOR AUTOPAY! I moved out of my unit on Feb 1 and my payment was due on the 3rd of each month and automatically taken out. When I moved out, I submitted my move out and it said it was pending approval, I went ahead and removed my credit card on file as well. Well today (Feb 4) I wake up to a receipt from uhaul thanking me for my transaction! I pulled up my account on file to get the number to call and I saw that my move out was still pending and checked again if my card may have still been on file and it wasn’t. I called them and spoke with Tiffani and she tried telling me that it was auto draft in error and they refunded my money. I asked her how if my card was not on file!? I went back thru my previous transactions and all those receipts say AUTOPAYMENT but this recent one was an actual receipt with Tiffani’s name on it and NOWHERE does it mention autopayment. I think what they did, they saw my account was “past due” cause they haven’t processed my move out yet, so they went to past transactions to get my card info and ran the payment. I’m including the past receipts and the most recent receipt to show I’m not lying. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR STORAGE!
