Was over charged for gas. I estimated 15 miles used 10 and was charged $14.00 for gas. Store tried to charge me for the insurance after i had already declined with my pre online registration. They unethical part is that the general manager just shoves the paper work in front of you and asks for a signature, no explanation unless you ask.

I was not told when I picked up my rental that the local Estes Park operator was closed until March 13th because of weather issues. This necessitated my making a 100 mile roundtrip to return the trailer. Had I been told, I might have made other arrangements. Not this location's fault......but UHAUL had to be aware of the problem and I could have been informed in Dallas.

By far the worst possible experience with any uhaul location ever!!!! Made my reservation over a week in advance, was called one day prior to pickup and was told i could come get my trailer early. Should up at the pickup location with my reservation and was told they didnt have a trailer for me and i would have to go to another location. I left there, very pissed off! Called uhaul less than five minutes later and was told the original location had my trailer and i needed to go back there. I went back and got my trailer and tried to schedule my drop off at a location that had storage units. I was told i did not need to schedule but they would give my a drop of site that also had storage. Left with my trailer only to find that a tire was damaged and couldnt go anywhere until it was replaced. After all this, i drive almost 1000 miles to my destination and go to the address they gave me only to find that there was no storage available at that location. Had to drive 20 miles away to a different location. Uhaul shohld be much better than this. They wasted lots of my time and my money without ever offering even so much as a slight discount for all the inconvenience. I work in customer service and would have been fired long ago if i ever considered treating my customers this way. Will definitely not be recommending uhaul to anyone!!!!!

Charged me for 100 miles I did not drive. Almost charged me for a quarter tank I did not owe. Called my alternative number (my parents) instead of my phone number to ask where the truck was at 2:30 in the afternoon, even though I put it in the after hours Dropbox the night before. Did not drop the charge for the 100 miles even though I disputed it. Left a Google review saying exactly that.

The location and staff were great. What i didnt like is that i had to go to 3 different U-Haul locations in order to get what i reserved. That was just poor service in over all. But this store was great and friendly.

Customers are given the ability to "Check-In" online which is great, but it does not make a difference when you arrive to pick up your rental equipment. By providing all of the detailed information a customer provides during the online check in process, this should enable the customer to simply drive up to an attendant, give your name, drivers license, swipe a credit card and then you get your equipment without ever having to go inside.

The truck that I rented had a broken sun visor, so every other bump, the visor would fall and block my vision. I informed the store of this so they next person to use the truck wouldn't have to deal with it like I did, and they responded that that was something common in a lot of their trucks. It didn't seem like an urgent thing for them to want to fix the trucks so they don't block the driver's view.
