The rep did not give our credit card back and created a huge inconvenience. Also we had to go to two different places to get the equipment. They were both 30 miles from our preferred location. We were quoted a higher rate and had to confront that situation to get resolved.

Fuel level listed at time of pick-up was not accurate. Service center indicated the fuel gauge was at 5/8. However it was closer to 1/4 full. Did not notice this until after we had driven 3 miles to my house to load the vehicle. We had to fill the truck up before proceeding to Austin, TX. You should make sure your service personnel are familiar with your fuel gauges and apply the correct fuel levels to the contract. I did see today that my card has been debited for $20, and I assume that was because of the fuel discrepancy, and I thank you for that. I have been renting U-Haul equipment for many years this is the first complaint I have ever submitted.

Left an item in the uhaul after returning it and they held onto it for me. It was a very important document. They were great!!

It took 3 people to do the paperwork and that was after we reserved it. They did not pay attention to the fact that it was one way and put it as in town. The manager was the 3rd person doing this paperwork and when I brought it to her attention she said it's fine call 1800uhaul to find a spot to return it. When I returned it it cost a lot more money and a lot of my time trying to figure things out and get it paid for. Never using again. When I returned the uhaul thete was only 1 man there and he did not know how to unhook it

Nothing, when I dropped the trailer off the men were busy but came over unhooked the trailer, inspected it and came to the door and said all is good you may leave and I will email your receipt. I wasn't there 5 minutes. Fantastic job!! Thank the men for me.

Please have a person there helping to train new employees ... because when your moving normally your on a time frame .. very time consuming when the new associate is by themselves other than that great customer service!

Have a staff on hand during busy periods that know how to operate the computer system. If the return equipment area has a sign that states the customer should stop there and wait for someone, actually have someone come out to assist the customer.

The 15’ truck had way less that 1/4 gas when we received it and the sheet of paper said it was at 1/4. We took pictures of the mileage and gas meter. We were not told to confirm the gas as we left the store but we took pictures for our safety. They tried to charge us for leaving it lower than it was at the drop off but we showed them the pictures and let us go.

The gentleman who helped me check my rental equipment in was very nice and helpful. I went there before I picked up my equipment in Houston and he inspected my truck to make sure I would be able to haul the trailer; he even checked my lights and showed me how to install the hitch. He gets an A+ in customer service!
