Make the drop off faster during office hours. If I were to drop off after hours, I would not have to go through all the checks I was instructed to do such as signal lights, waiting to verify tire pressure is correct and move trailer to a particular spot

Reserved 5x8 trailer 3 days in advance. But when I got to u-haul, they did not have a 5x8 trailer available. They had a 4x8, which they substituted, But I was not able to move everything I had planned because of the smaller size.

Have the person who gets you started with the truck stay with you until you drive off. I had a question and I had to go and get him.

You are charge too much money, there's a fee for everything. You really try to get people on the price due to gas or changes or Tolls. What I spent at U-Haul could've easily been spent having people move me and I would not have had to do the work. I will never use U-Haul to move again.

When I picked it up the representatives were kind and helpful and helped me but when I returned it a lady helped me outside their building in the designated return area. She was a little rude and when I got a call the next day asking me if I was planning on returning the trailer I found out she didn't handle my return correctly. I was told by her that I didn't need a return receipt that she was going to handle it for me which she obviously did not do so perhaps a little loosing of her attitude and retraining her to the job in handling returns for her employer might be in order

The $149 “temporary charge” to my card has become permanent. I have no indication of why this temporary charge even happened. I have no explanation of this charge not being reversed as your customer service attested would happen. Therefore I cannot recommend your services.

The location was clean. The representative spoke more to her co-worker than the us, the customer. The representative was not dressed professionally at all; she was dressed in bootie shorts and a tee-shirt. The truck smelled like an old smoky, dirty bar; I felt like I developed asthma after riding in the pickup truck.

Plano was not my originally requested pickup location, but Uhaul called me the night before pickup to let me know that my "Guaranteed" location did not have the truck I requested. This is a HORRIBLE practice, I had to drive an additional 24 miles for 7AM pickup for a vehicle that I had to have. Fix that and you're good.

Truck was fine but when I checked it back in they did not handle the process correctly. 2 hours later I got called saying I didn't turn in the truck and had to go through a whole process to get it resolved.

The key drop box location was not super apparent. I've had other stores where the keys are secured in the brick and mortar, it was where I expected them to be.

Provide step by step instructions about after hours check in. I did not realize I had to be on site to check in. I spent 22 minutes on hold once I got home to check in.

When I rented the truck they asked me if I wanted to rent a dolly. He replied that he did not need it. when I get to start loading the truck. I see there is a dolly. never use it. and they are charging me. This is an abuse. What are they asking for then? I demand a refund of the $ 7 for renting a dolly that I said I didn't want.

The leasing agent, Michele, was fun and pleasant to work with. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood the contact before leaving the facility. Ken, the manager was also, very nice and efficient.

Equipment was in good shape overall. Pay attention to little things like windshield wipers. The blades were old and dry. Would not clean the windshield or wipe off the water from the spray!
