I dropped off trailer after being told no late fee within 20 miles of original location. The guy behind the desk was too busy for me so he just told the guy to unhook my trailer. I asked what i needed to do or if i would owe anything extra and was told nothing. I just checked my account and there is a extra $160 chRge. This is not acceptable. If i need to, i will drive 50 miles back to return it to the other location. I have been on hold with customer service and cannot reach. Please let me know how to get my money back.

The air was out from the minute I got in the truck. It would be nice if that is a priority before the customer takes the truck especially if it is a hot and humid. On top of that, the truck rode very rough. But other than that I always rent from you guys.

Never using uhaul again. Too much troulble and we did not get the equipment we asked for. Then we returned our vehicle at 5:30 and you charged us an additional day. Way to lose a customer!

I was not given any paperwork to show that I had returned the unit at time of drop off. The next day I received a call asking when I was going to return the trailer. I had already returned it but there was no record in the system of it.



The cargo van was new, clean, and worked great. However, I drove a total of 17 miles, and it took 5.5 gallons to refill the tank. No way is the gas mileage of this 9' van that low, which means the 'full' tank when I started was not close to being full even if the gauge indicated that. I guess I paid for gas that the last renter should have put in the tank. Can't help but feel like I was suckered.

More communication between Service personnel as to what to do when returning rental equipment after hours. Refunds your allocated to receive back. The time span it will take to get those refunds.

The original drop location was not assessable from front of the business, no information on store front that drop box was in back of store took 2 hours for call back from business, either business or U-Haul should have a drop off location that is available at any time, Signs gets a thumbs down for convenience and a complete failure for response time and courtesy. I hope all of your clients aren't as inconvenienced as I was, here in Texas.

The van smelled so disgusting from whoever previously had it that the experience was horrible. Please be sure ensure that the vehicles are fully cleaned and the previous odors are removed. Very disappointed.

Very low energy or apparent care from the General Manager on down. I was greeted like I was a burden to the whole operation. This place used to be great. I visited 30-40 times a year. The old employees and manager cared for you. Not anymore. Equipment was in poor condition. I rented an enclosed trailer to do my furniture detwoek on a rainy day. Both RVs they had left were soaked inside because if leaks. I had to use 6 towels to keep my products dry. Oh and the braking chain came undone while I was on I35 in traffic. The man that hooked me up had failed to use a gusset or whatever they’re called. Glad I could hear it dragging at highway speeds. Guess it’s not that important. Either that or the man wanted to get out of the rain. Unrelated to my experience, I noticed a striking lack of racial diversity. How is that ok in these “modern” times?
