smooth reservation, easy/quick pickup, fast/easy drop off. overall a very good experience with the facility as a whole. and thank you to the tech there for assisting me with a blown turns signal fuse that got me on my way. I've yet to experience bad customer service at this particular location. will definitely use this facility again

The fuel in the truck was not filled up to the stated line in brochure. Make sure you double check this because I did not and had to pay more. I drove 32 miles and the truck averages 8mpg, I went to pump 4.5 gallons of gas to make sure I got the truck back to the original fuel level. The person who I returned the truck to looked at the fuel gauge and said I was about 2 gallons short. I then argued that the truck had less gas then what the brochure said and he told me you should have checked before leaving. I guess it was my fault for not being diligent and asking all questions and concerns.

YOUR RETURN PROCEEDURE IS VERY POOR. IF WHEN EQUIPMENT IS RETURNED AND THE U-HAUL EMPLOYEE FORGETS TO CHECK IT IN, THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES A TEXT STATING (as it did in my case) EQUIPMENT HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED. I CALLED REPEATEDLY ONLY TO GET A CALL CENTER THAT WAS ZERO HELP. ZERO! I LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSE. FINALY ON MY 6TH CALL I ACTUALLY GOT THROUGH TO THE ACTUAL STORE TO HAVE THEM CHECK THEIR YARD AND LOCATE THE 6X12 I'D RETUIRNED 6 HOURS AFTER I RENETED IT - THE SAME DAY JANUARY 4TH 6:30PM. XAVIER COOPER WAS KIND ENOUGH TO HAVE SOMEONE CONFIRM THAT THE TRAILER WAS INDEED ON YOUR PROPERTY. I SHOULD HAVE MADE YOUR REP PROVIDE WRITTEN CONFIRMATION THAT I HAD RETURNED THE UHAUL EQUIPMENT TO AVOID SPENDING HOURS WAITING AND REPEATEDLY TRYING TO HAVE UHAUL DO THIER JOB OF LOOKING FOR THE TRAILER AND ENTERING THE RETURNED TRAILER INTO YOUR SYSTEM

I needed to wait a few minutes, both on the front end in picking up the truck as well as when I returned it. Not a huge deal, but not to see anyone for a few minutes on either end shouldn't be the norm. Also, I believe I had a very short ramp for a 26' truck which made the incline a lot worse than it needed to be.

Add Loops to your 10 foot trucks that allow the use of bungy cords. I had to tie numerous rope loops throught the truck to be able to use my bungy cords.

I met 5,6 people yesterday before picking up the truck. None of them were helpful. I visited U-Haul for the first time so I was not aware of the drop off and other policies but they were not interested in giving the information / service. It was just that they were doing it for the sake of doing it. And its was not like they have workload or are busy but it clearly showed they were very lazy. They were not interested in helping me out even though it was their duty. I am not sure but I think it was due to the fact that I am not US citizen. I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or colleagues. I hope you take some action on this.

1. Your registers should be 1st come 1st serve. Some transaction are quick some are not. A customer should not be penalized with a 30 plus minute wait for picking the wrong checkout line. 2. I did not request a dolly, but I was provided a dolly. My husband insisted we return it immediately. Your employee confirmed I would have been charged if I didn't waste my time (and MILEAGE) by returning it. Why should I be penalized for YOUR employees mistake? 3. When picking up the van, the check out process had me verify that I wanted the credit card I reserved with charged at check out. I confirmed because that is the card I wanted to pay with. Then I bought a blanket and paid with a different credit card. This must have confused your computer because when I returned the van the second credit card was charged and NOT the card I VERIFIED I WANTED TO USE. Thanks so much for screwing up my budget, I greatly appreciate it. If it was a problem, why didn't YOUR employee simply ring up the purchase as a separate transaction?
