The trailer got clothes and hands dirty with black stuff, tough to clean off, but I'm sure that's pretty much unpreventable given the nature if the use! Easy to hook up with the advice of the local person and instructions from Uhaul. Pick up and return easy and friendly.
RANDOLPH MHowever I was charged for dolly's and a box but I never none of thoe of items, the owner of the store was really nice and helpful as he didn't have the items but uhaul sent me there anyway
