There was garbage left in the uhaul and the hand truck that I rented was not in the truck. I had to drive back to the location to pick it up and dispose of someone else's garbage. My time was wasted on an already hectic weekend. Very disappointed.

VIRGINIA OClean the U-Haul before pick up, at least inside. And train all personal at the store for the service, the drop off person did not know what the extra charged was for. She only kept saying I don’t know, that’s what it says there.
