I rented a trailer for a day, but could not get it back in time due to unforeseen reasons. I called my local office to let them know I would bring it back the next day and to give me a call. The regional manager called and confirmed and was very polite and helpful and understanding of my situation.- I am disabled and have health issues. I would rent from them again.
