My only concern was that they did not look at the condition of the vehicle, which I was tall, came from another facility. We documented everything and they were very pleasant when we returned the vehicle and told them what happened.

This was supposed to be a free rental since the other uhaul location at the other ABCD hardware wrecked the truck I reserved and could not get me a replacement. But it appears as though I have been charged for the feee rental
TRISTIAN FThe U-Haul truck had no oil in it and we almost broke down
Destiny CThe Vehicle was Not Safe and would Fail a NY State Inspection. It had a Death Wobble at even 20 MPH. UHaul put my life at Risk. I had a Deadline to pick Up, otherwise I would have Never Left the Parking Lot. The Vehicle Front End and Brakes Both would Fail an Inspection.
