My problem is with the app. When a customer pickes up a truck and the gas level isn't what the previous person said it is, the picture should be evidence as to where the next person needs to fill it. 2nd. I get a text stating uhaul wants to know when I'm checking the vehicle in, someone else in the area is looking to rent one. Its an 8.5 hr drive and this text comes in the first 2 hrs. I had 3 days to return the truck. Im not a fan of replacing service people with apps and having the customer do all the work.
