Only thing to say about my experience was the retailer did not return my calls to confirm the equipment being on site. Unfortunately with online reservations it has been my experience that the equipment is not always on site even though Uhaul on line says it is at the retailers location. So a return phone call would have been nice. Fortunately the equipment was available and the retailer was professional and courteous.
