I don’t expect to recommend U-Haul to anyone after the bogus gas charges you tried to add. Tank was over a quarter and I got billed $39.00 because supposedly it was at 3/16th of a tank. Good thing my son-in-law took a picure of the mileage and gas gauges. That’s just rotten business. Not sure if it was an issue with the return or pick-up location or both. After I was told everything was adjusted, Then received an email that I have a balance owed. Of course that’s not correct. The return was not a pleasant experience which will be mentioned on my social media.

The traffic or scheduling people in Baltimore are and were HORRENDOUS, absolutely no organizational skills whatsoever, procrastination at its best, I schedule a truck 5 to 6 days ahead of time, scheduling calls at 630pm the night before pickup and tell me there's no truck, we reschedule for the next day at another site. When I arrive to pickup the truck there are NO VEHICLES, not just the truck I needed but NO VEHICLES AT ALL. Uhaul scheduling or traffic office SUCKS would never recommend Uhaul to anyone....I lost time, money and had to leave furniture behind because I didn't get the size truck I scheduled for....this company is SAD.

He was not very personable and very short tempered. Was doing several things while waiting on me, not paying attention to my needs. Took very long to process paperwork. Was there before and walked out because of his ignorance. I would never recommend that pick up spot. Hated to go there this time!!!!!!!

Both inside the store and the rental truck had overpowering smell of cigarette smoke. The truck was bad enough that I felt nauseous half way through my ride. This was sub standard service for a rental company in my opinion and not worth $140, unfortunately it was the only rental in town that was available.

Clean out trucks. There would be a fee assessed to my rental contract if I left the bed dirty. It was dirty and NOT swept out before I used it. Also, the truck had a serious transmission problem. It would not excel. The fastest I went was 60 but had a 70mph zone. I will never use U-Haul again unless I get my money back.
