How U-Haul Reviews WorkI dropped the truck off and she even came out and looked at the fuel gauge and said I was good on fuel then got a charge for fuel as soon as I left
Chase CTotally unhappy
Arthur DDropped off after hours with no personnel interaction. After hours, drop off, very easy to do
Lillian MVan looked like it was a well used farm truck with years of dirt and dust. My biggest complaint was how bad the experience was with the app. Slow, locked up, way too many steps and can’t even be started until you are onsite.
