You seriously need to fix your app, and your customer service!! I have never experienced anything as terrible. The venue was great, the facility was nice, and their customer service was excellent. I don't agree with the excessive charges. I drove less than 10 miles and you charged over $200?! Never, never again.

MARY RThe right tire strap was not long enough to go over the right front tire (it is an oversized tire) and still thread into the ratchet. We instead had to bring the tire strap inside of the tire and tighten it over the steering components.
CHRISTIAN SThe truck had no gas and my equipment was missing. The cab was dirty and the AC didn’t work even when I was standing still or not rapidly accelerating.
