How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis U-Haul provider was fine. They were very friendly. The only issue is using the app when checking in online. The need to verify with someone is redundant and having to scan my license every time is old. The walk around is fine but the programming needs to tuned. It doesn’t register the pictures Unless you go back a step.
Michael JIt’s a bit of hassle giving a freinds tel number and them having to call them and tell them I’m renting a u haul trailer for the day ! And taking all those pictures should be up to the rentel service sept not the customer Otherwise it was fine
