We were out in the country, but by dropping the truck there I saved money. So I did choose it, sight unseen. All was good but every UHaul place should have a drop off box. I realize there was construction going on, but it would have been helpful to have a drop box.
Kathy FThe instructions on the U-Haul app, regarding how to pick up my truck, were incorrect. The lock on the truck was very difficult to get working. The show said it was open, but there was no one there to assist. We had to wait over 30 minutes before we could access my vehicle.
