Our reservation was for a 9am pick up. The location lists their hours as open at 9am. At 9:20am a kid showed up who works there but he didn't have keys to get in. He called his boss to try and get things going. The kid kept apologizing but it was the absent owner who should have apologized. We worked via cell phones to upload my license. They asked me the truck number - but I didnt have that info - just an order number. The boss where ever he was looked it up and we were eventually given the keys to our truck. No paperwork to take with us. I havent yet received or seen a receipt for what was charged to my credit card. Overall pretty poor experience.

Sharon EIt would be beneficial if you say at check out that you do not accept chime. That is the only account I had. The person was great tho at both drop off and pick up.
