I had an appointment at 9am. None showed until 945am. Tank of truck on 1/4. No windshield fluid. I was now late for my appointments by 30 minutes. No supplied furniture pads...a few were supposed to come with truck. When I tried to return the truck (and again I had an appt. for a day and time) the website said the location to return it would not be open, however I could do self-check out. I was skeptical but went and the site was open. Extreme poor communication between Pocasset, MA locstion and reservation center. Considering I came from Martha's Vineyard and was on a tight ferry schedule, let's just say that U-Haul are experts at renting trucks with high anxiety and aweful customer service.
