This whole experience was hell I got there originally around 5 for pickup and nothing but issues lock box didnt work had to call uhaul multiple times..... they then said I had an issue so that got resolved but then lady pushed it up to 5 30 that time came around and surprise another issue!!!! Called multiple times I ended up eventually getting the key around 6ish they daid I had no contract but I had my email confirmation and they also took my money AND THEY DIDNT GIVE ME THE FURNITURE DOLLY THAT I PAID FOR. I wasnt able to leave till maybe 6 30 the last uhaul guy hung up on me when I asked if I will be reimbursed or have my time extended due to the issues..... This whole incident made me never wsnt to use you guys again.

John GThe vehicle had gravel dirt on floor which actually made your foot slide when moving from brake to gas so I had to kick it out of the way and swept it out before loading it and driving. Food wrappers under seat. I wiped down dash before returning and left it cleaner than when I picked it up. There was no drop box or location to put keys when returning after hours.
