Overall content. Only opportunity was with having to downsize on the size of the trailer requested due unavailable the day prior. I truly understand why we had to pivot to a smaller size however the timing of it I felt was an opportunity as I was notified only 24 hours prior. I was given additional miles however it was not enough to cover the distance traveled due to moving with a smaller truck and having to do double the amount of trips to complete my move. In the end I managed to make it work however communication earlier would help with perception of the situation for future guest. Nothing was wrong with the pick up location as the service there was helpful and supportive I would gladly return to this location again.
