I had to pick up my truck at this location since the Ontario location did not have it ready to go as promised. I had to drive from Ontario to Pomona wasting time and mileage due to the Ontario location not coming through as promised. I'm sure this comment will not matter and nothing will be done but at least it is documented.Hector C.

The young Latina girl who works here was extremely rude and condescending with her tone. I explained that "I checked in online, but I'm not sure what happened and why my ID info didn't go though" I also explained" I'm not sure why it didn't just allow me to check in and pick up the U-haul that was supposed to already be packed and ready, maybe I was in the wrong spot?" She responded with "It's tells you where to go on the App! I said, well I'm not sure where that is...it just says South end, where's the south end cuz you have u-huals at the end of the property over here and also ones in the middle. She said - It's in the middle with a Rude tone. Very rude! I let that smart remark slide but when I asked her - Wait, I'm still confused. I checked in online so did they already charge me? She than said - How are they going to charge you if you didn't pick up anything? . No explanation of how things work on the back end. Obviously this was my first time renting from this location and instead of explaining any of the process...she had Smart and short come backs. Horrible customer service, this person should not be working there.Robert C.

Both text links I received while at the store, to upload a picture of my license and to view my contract, required me to use data I didn't have. There was a 3rd link from Uhaul that expired. I have no idea what that was for. I told the agent helping me that I didn't have data. Why can't Uhaul just offer paper versions? I rolled out of there having signed nothing and that's a little disconcerting. I'd still like a paper contract or instructions so I don't have to find a way to print them myself. As I said in my other review, the signage stated to wait for a rep in the Uhaul truck, but no one showed up after 5 minutes so I had to go into the store to get someone. The rep was very pleasant to work with though.William M.
When I drove up with my 20ft. Uhaul truck and car dolly, the signage indicated to wait in my vehicle and someone will come out. No on came out after waiting 5 minutes and I had to go into the store to get help returning the equipment. When the rep. did meet me at the truck, he was very helpful and pleasant though.William M.

I reserved a trailer online along with the insurance and when I went in to pick up. The guy asked if I wanted insurance I told him yes. Well my total came out a little high so I asked him to give me the breakdown before I paid he charged me twice for insurance. Then he had me walk around the yard because he couldn't find the trailer when I kept telling him the small trailers are on the other side. Then no one explained that I would have to do a online drop off. My phone was dead had to go back home get a charger making me late for my return.NATHALIE S.
