Actually adhere to what you state what you require for the return of product! I was told that the truck I rented was at a half tank of gas when it was actually an eighth of a tank under half. No compensation for that, or military discount.

CALVIN HEverything went smoothly from truck pickup to drop off. I didn't know I would need to list references to be contacted upon pickup which took some extra time. That's only because I'd never used UHaul before. The truck ran smoothly and we got the 26' so everything was able to be loaded and hauled in one trip. I will definitely be using UHaul again for any upcoming moving needs.
