truck was not full of gas when taking it, have to pay the difference...price was not well billed at first time and either clerk or owner of the place can explain difference, claiming about credit card scam...they where not able to send the bill after contact them several time, have to contact UHaul...nice truck but cant be poorer service....advise to go other place.

the interior of the truck was not clean. I spend 1h to clean all the truck at my house before leaving for my 3 days ride in the truck.
