Rachel BThe staff in the store were not helpful. They refused to talk to me about renting a truck and told me to do everything online. I do not know the purpose of having a walk in option if the staff does not want to assist the customer.

Randy SOn line reservation listed counter service for pickup but when I arrived the employee at the pickup location informed me it is all on line, they can't help me, they don't have system. On line reservations should have been very clear. Once I was able to download / install the app, the process was not too complex but a lot of time wasted that could have been completed while at my house. The U Haul agents that I engaged with were very professionals so no issues with the customer service. For the recommend this location, once I knew about the on line process the location was good

Janel LOnly use this location if you are picking up a truck only. The gentleman had to call 2 friends on FaceTime trying to figure out how to process the vehicle trailer, finally I took over his tablet and got through the process after waiting for almost an hour with him.

Carol LThere was an ash tray with ashes, dirty grass mud in the vehicle. When I tried to give the feedback that it was dirty, the website wanted me to pay a cleaning fee. I think a cleaning refund would be more fitting. Renting to smokers and not cleaning is unacceptable

marcus gThe web app is horrendous. I spent at least 20 minutes performing the self-checkout and was still unsuccessful in completing the process. The web site is extremely slow. I uploaded images as prompted, and the application indicated I had exceed the allowed number of images, but was unable to add additional required images. I attempted this four times by restarting the process with each time taking close to 10 minutes due to the latency of the application.

Leslie CHad to get last min rental and this location was open late. Didn’t have a reservation but was told to go ahead and make one and that they had the truck available. From renting to returning, was a good experience.

Sandra LU-Haul truck was fine but the pricing that was told upfront was way off from what I was eventually charged. I was under the assumption that I would pay around $70 but I ended up paying $240. U-Haul needs to calculate the mileage when your booking it so you have a more accurate estimate for what you are going to pay when you turn the truck back in.

Natoniel RI struggle to get the rental that the app told me was available. Kudos to the reservation team to help me to find alternatives. I needed an appliance dolly and there was none available. I can’t rate the experience above average becas the venues I visited, didn’t care about the customer. Although the reservation team went above and beyond!
