Fix your reservation system! I booked a truck ONE MONTH in advance fully expecting it to be available but ten minutes before pick up I was told my vehicle was waiting for me 25 miles (40km) away in a different town. The reservation clearly stated the time, date and location to be in my location. Calling U-haul was a completely unsatisfactory in the explanation and solution to my problem. A last minute call to Chuck at Twin City Auto resolved my issue only because he happened to get a vehicle returned a few minutes prior to my call. He then offered to stay open until I got there and was great to deal with. Without his help my move would have been a shambles. If you’re going to take a reservation then have what was ordered available or just say it’s not doable! Not impressed by U-haul itself, but again hats off to Chuck at Twin City Auto for going the extra mile and saving what would have been a disaster. Do better U-haul!

This U-Haul location has friendly, helpful staff who are always willing to lend a hand. The equipment was as-promised and there were no problems whatsoever with pick-up or drop-off. Full Stars for this location. (it's an auto recycling center so be prepared to embrace this unique rental location. Sturdy, mud-puddle capable boots are recommended!).

ANDREW TI was charged $20 dollars for fuel after putting $30 of fuel in the uhaul truck which had 4 miles more on the dash then I had when I picked it up and it was over the 1/4 tank mark. Very unhappy with this
