At this location, there is no improvement needed. The gentleman was very nice and pleasant to deal with. I have rented an uhaul several times and have not had an agent that has been so nice. I will be returning to this location again. To rent a uhaul in the future when needed.

JOHN RI contacted this location a few days prior to needing the U-Haul one way. The rep advised me a cheaper quote than what was charged and stated he would give 50 additional miles. However, I did not receive the extra miles and when asked why not he stated he forgot & started assisting the next customer. The customer service wasn’t good as he was rushing and charging differently than what was quoted.
PHILICIA OI completed the RSVP online. But then had to do paperwork at the store. It could be a quicker process.
