We dropped off the U-haul after closing hours. There was a sign inside the U-haul that you could save $25 by cleaning the U-haul and folding the blankets. I did both but when I received my final statement, I did not receive a $25 credit but I did get charged for the extra mileage.
The location was closed at 2:50 pm on Saturday even though the sign read it closes at 3:00pm. After calling the pickup location and waiting on hold, I got no usable help. Finally, after not being able to work the return via the website, an individual named Aaron (call center) told me to just drop the keys in the box. I lost almost an hour in front of City Trailer Sales trying to return via the app / website and calling for assistance.
City Trailer Sales made the process extremely easy and quick. The truck was clean with a full tank of fuel when I picked it up. I will rent from City Trailer Sales again and recommend this location to friends/family.

Just rude in general. Walked in and there was two men there they both just looked and didnt say anything i said i had a truck pick up and one pointed to the other guy and the second guy said name id than asked for card and handed me a paper said its put back. I asked is there other locations he said i can call to drop off somewhere. I asked what is the address for return he said anywhere. Just rude and not helpful. Worst experience ever and next time ill hire a mover just to avoid this type of interation.
We were supposed to have furniture pads and dollies which were charged for and I notified U-Haul we did not receive these items. My bill I received did not reflect this so I was wrongfully charged.

Reservation was changed literary 4 times!! Was suppose to get the truck at 830am...didnt get a truck until 3pm!! Was too late to move...literally wasted my rental fee!! Never again will u use uhaul.

Everything was great with the rental, the process was simple and easy. The sales rep that help me was very helpful, my only complaint was that I had to return the U-Haul to the location I picked it up from and not in my home town close to where I live.
The people at this location seemed totally confused by U-Haul's procedures. I had completed the online check-in and when I arrived to pickup the trailer, they didn't know how to retrieve the information and I was forced to go through the check-in procedure again. I wasted over 30 minutes waiting for them to try to get checked in. U-Haul's prices are excessive and we were forced to pay for 3 days when we only needed the trailer for 1. I was going for convenience and I definitely paid for it. Next time I will drive a little farther to get better customer service and value.
Weekend after hours drop off, it went very well and would use this location again in the future.
I know this my increase hazards, but install a winch to be able to get vehicle up due to ramps being real steep.
I was informed that I would have not only a military discount added to my reservation along with the $50 credit The desk guy didn't add either to my order
Sat in this location for 2.5 hours to pick up my rental which had been reserved online. Location did everything possible but received little to no help from corporate or regional U-Haul with computer systems glitch. Finally left with a unit that had just been dropped off with no maintenance or cleaning or safety checks. Horrible experience with U-Haul
Our pickup location was changed twice and we had to drive all over Baton Rouge and the surrounding area. When we passed our first location choice there were two trailers that were exactly what we ordered but we were told they didn't have any. The second location did not have any trailers and the gentlemen running the location was unsure why we were even sent to that location when our pick up was at 8 and the soonest they would receive a trailer was at 5 pm.
I blow a tire off the trailer because of it being under inflated. Took 3 hours to get it replaced. I fill I deserve a refund or some kind of compensation.
I got moved to this store but they didn't have the furniture pads to rent or any of the boxes I prepaid for. Very frustrating.
Ordered furniture pads and this location did not have any. Disappointed. This was not my first location. With several months reserved, don't understand why my first location would not have the truck.

I called the local U Haul reservation office and they didn't seem to know very much about your business. Told me my 01 2500 Chevy could not tow a 05 kia Shortage 2 wheel front wheel drive on a tow dolly that I needed a auto transport only. My truck has a 15000 tow receiver under the bumper with a 15000 lb ball .I tried to tell her I have towed this car from Ga on a tow dolly with no problems. She still insisted in a Auto transit. I finally just told her to have a great day , and I was a little confused.so I went to your website and followed the entry steps and I was able to get my tow dolly with no confusion, great website. I have used U haul to move for over 45 years
U Haul could do better at letting the customer know where and when to pick up truck--I did not find out when I could pick up my truck until 2 hours before
I will have to say my drop off experience wasn't very good. A guy came to the door after we knocked because we didn't just want to drop the keys off in a drop box. We didn't enter the place of business, the outside where you park was clean. He didn't even look in the trailer to ensure all was safe and sound and in good conditions. He did share with me that I would receive a final bill form U-Haul is all was in good condition. I received two add calls about my drop off and I told them I had dropped off the truck already and didn't need any assistance. A day later they were calling looking for the truck and told me maybe they wrote the number down wrong. Sorry to have to share this news, the drop off location was good for me it was just the after affects that was disappointing. Thanks
