llegué a las 10am como se me indicó y el personal no estaba ahí y perdí mucho tiempo tuve que marcar atención al cliente para reportar el problema y me indicaron que la llave del camión estaba en un buzón y tarde mucho tiempo en hacer todo el proceso porque a mí no me mencionaron eso antes y eso me hizo perder mucho tiempo y tuve problemas en mi viaje xq se le hizo de noche. Recomiendo tener mejor comunicación con sus clientes
