We drove 45 minutes to pick up two trucks from this location. When we arrived, the door was locked and no one was there to assist us or answer the phone. Uhaul was able to switch us to mobile pick up, but informed us that only one truck was available now from that location instead of two. When it was all said and done, we killed 2.5 hours to only get 1 of the 2 trucks we needed for our move. We were then instructed to drive to a different location another 45 minutes away to get the second truck. The uhaul representatives did their best to accommodate us, but I would not recommend that location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkA/c didnt work for a 13 hour trip in 100 degree weather....They think its ok say'n they already rented truck & no problems...Maybe so but it didnt work on our trip....My son with autism want'd to ride in uhaul but couldn't cause the heat was unbearable & once again they dont believe I should get some kind of reimbursement....
Brighty BThe truck was still dirty trash on the floor cigarette ashes everywhere and the fuel tank was less than 1/2 of a tank
Jennifer MThe employee who assisted me at pickup was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. My concern is not with his customer service, but with the condition of the vehicle and the rental process. Before leaving the facility, I was unable to access the online portal to upload my pre-rental photos of the truck. The employee attempted several times to resend the link, but each attempt resulted in an error message. He advised me that it was okay because he had already taken the required photos. I explained that I wasn’t comfortable relying solely on those photos and that I preferred to document the vehicle myself. I did take my own photos, and they are saved on my phone. A few hours into my trip, I discovered that both rear brake lights and the driver’s side rear turn signal were not functioning. This issue immediately delayed my travel, ultimately causing me to arrive home a full day later. Unfortunately, that delay created a chain reaction of additional problems that affected the rest of my moving experience. I rent from U-Haul frequently and have always had positive experiences, which is why this situation was so disappointing. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but in this instance, the problems I encountered were the result of issues with the vehicle and rental process, not a failure on my part. I fulfilled all of my responsibilities as the customer, and the setbacks I experienced stemmed from circumstances that were within U-Haul’s responsibility to address before the truck was rented.
Tawn PPicked up truck and tire was flat. Sticker on drivers window side that blocked visibility.. No one there at pickup time. Had to call company and told key was in lock box.
