The customer service at this location was appalling. It was a complete shock to have someone intentionally take the keys from us as we were returning the vehicle, only to then charge us an “after-hours” drop fee. We were perfectly on time and ready to complete a mobile return, but the woman at the location insisted that we hand her the keys instead. When I spoke with her over the phone, she repeatedly talked over me and raised her voice, making it impossible to get a word in. I refused to tolerate such an unprofessional and disrespectful interaction, so I had to take an alternative route and contact U-Haul’s customer service hotline directly. Truly a horrible experience at this location.
