Great location very clean the manager Janet was very helpful and kind very fast drop off I will recommend this location she even had other renters in office and had them in and out
PALCYNTH LNo jack on the traler and was difficult to lift onto ball.no help there.also when i got to north carolina i had to leave the traler ar a storage site and i had to buy a jack to unhook from my truck because it was loaded and couldn't lift.i rented an extra 7 days and returned it after 5 days and thought i would get a refund for 2 days.the lady at the office told me to rent it a little longer than shorter.also i had a flat tire when loading and had to wait to leave until they came and replaced the tire
